REFUND:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Stock Products due to quality, sizing, or any other valid reason, we will offer you a full refund within 10 days of delivery. If any mistake happens to you we are not responsible for that. If happen any mistake from us we will happily refund you. But the discussion has always a solution to any problem.
For the custom products order as you know all details provided by you like logos, patches, sizing details, etc. So, custom and personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
If we make a mistake, we will happily make it right and send a new product free of cost. If the Customer makes any mistake, then the customer needs to send the product back to us and pay 50% of the original invoice and we can send a fresh product. So, please be 100% sure of your size choice and color choice is right.

As you see on our custom design tool if you have not fit any size from the size chart you can choose the custom sizing from the custom size option, So, please Choose the right material, colors, and sizing of your product and make sure in custom designed product your designs, logos, and patches are put on the product right way.

Our Sales Team will get approval for each custom order before production:
Step-1: Make sure the design and size of your ordered product
Step-2: Send an email to you for approval
Step-3: After your approval, we will start your order
Step-4: All detail (Size, color, Embroidery name) everything will be mentioned in the email by our team.
